Guarantee

The warranty is valid for two years from the date of purchase and is subject to legal provisions.

This is offered in the form of a replacement warranty.

During the warranty period, any defect caused by material or manufacturing errors will result in the device being replaced. Customers are not required to return the defective product. Utilization of the warranty does not extend the warranty period or initiate a new warranty.

Warranty claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please have the following documents at hand:

  • Invoice (proof of purchase and start of warranty period).

Contact our customer service to claim the warranty at rheidontech@evdrive.md . We may ask for photos or a video of the defective product to speed up the processing of the claim.

  • If the device is covered by warranty, you will receive a replacement product within a reasonable time frame.
  • The shipping costs for the replacement will be borne by us.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty becomes invalid in the following situations:

  • There are signs of improper handling, use or transportation.
  • The product was not used according to the instruction manual.
  • Accessories or parts not authorized by the manufacturer have been used.
  • The device was disconnected while charging.
  • The socket contacts are corroded by persistent moisture.
  • Water or other liquids have entered the device through unprotected connectors.
  • The device has been affected by extreme conditions (high humidity, excessive heat, power surges, floods, lightning, fires, etc.).
  • Extreme or intentional forces beyond normal use have been applied to the device.
  • You have attempted to repair the device yourself or it has been modified by someone other than the manufacturer.
  • The housing, plugs or cables have been opened or tampered with.
  • The warranty period has expired.

What is not covered by the warranty?

Normal wear and tear on the housing, rubber components, cables or connectors.

Loss of touch protection against electric shock in Rheidon devices.
